Andrew K. Shibley
As an associate of Lieberman, Dvorin & Dowd, LLC, Andrew Shibley focuses his practice on general real estate and business law matters, with an emphasis on landlord-tenant law. He has broad experience in drafting leases and other transactional real estate documents. He welcomes the opportunity to work with the firm’s clients alongside other attorneys in completing a variety of business and real estate transactions.
Andrew attended Miami University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, while also minoring in Arabic and Philosophy. Between college and law school, he worked as a property manager and as the assistant to the CEO for a commercial real estate company on the East Side of Cleveland. He then attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Global Business Law Review.
As a native and enthusiast of Cleveland, Andrew is dedicated to the community and to serving its real estate and business law needs.
