Gary is the Founding Partner of Lieberman, Dvorin & Dowd, LLC. Prior to forming Lieberman, Dvorin & Dowd, LLC, Gary successfully practiced and operated his own law firm for more than thirty years. Utilizing his experience and business judgment Gary formed LDD in order serve his clients better by offering a wider range of expertise and to guarantee continuity for his client’s in the future.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lieberman has focused his practice in all real estate related matters, from development, buying and selling, leasing, financing and real estate investment property. In addition, he has counseled and represented clients in business related transactions, such as asset purchase/sale agreements, leasing, financing, license agreements, and stock sales.

Gary has been involved as an attorney/investor in a wide variety of projects, including multi-family residential property, mobile home parks, shopping centers, warehouses and office buildings throughout the United States. Having owned more than 1,000 multi-family rental units, office buildings, warehouses and over 500,000 square feet of retail space, Gary has a unique perspective when advising clients on real estate matters and property ownership.

Gary continues to focus on growing and fostering client relationships while providing existing and new clients with exceptional and practical advice and counsel for all their legal needs.
