Recently, Lieberman, Dvorin and Dowd, LLC associate Richard Teel successfully represented an LDD client in the court of appeals. A former tenant of one of many building owners and landlords represented by LDD was appealing a decision rendered against him by the City of Berea Municipal Court. Thanks to Richard’s great brief writing, the Ohio court of appeals affirmed the trial court’s decision granting LDD’s client a writ of restitution. This is a recent example of how LDD protects landlord’s interest in their property. If you or someone you know owns residential or commercial property that is rented out to tenants, have them contact one of the attorneys at Lieberman, Dvorin and Dowd to find out how they can help enhance and protect their rights as a property owner.
